Our submission rules are:

Article files must be named appropriately and have no spaces – File name should be the same as the title of the article. Please don’t send an article called “nomad article”. Name the file what it is. If it is an article about Fitness Tips – call the file “fitnessTips.doc”
Articles must be titled
Articles must have a by line (writer) entered right under the title.

Photos and graphics must be named appropriately and have no spaces. Don’t leave a picture with a filename like “image00010.jpg”. If it is a picture of Johnny Rotten and the Sex Pistols, then name the file “JohnnyRottenandtheSexPistols.jpg”. If there is more than one picture or image just ad 01, 02, 03 and so on at the end of the file. For example:
JohnnyRottenandtheSexPistols01.jpg, JohnnyRottenandtheSexPistols02.jpg, JohnnyRottenandtheSexPistols03.jpg

Pictures taken should have a clear explanation of what they are and who is in them and you should obviously get permission to publish them – (We have consent and release forms in the Nomad studio for you to take to get signed)

You can add up to 50 characters in a file name or you can make a separate word document that describes the pictures – which ever you think is more appropriate.
There must be a Description of any Photos - Who, Where, etc.
There must be a Description of any Images, logos, or clip art, charts or graphics so that we know what to put as a descriptor under any image or graphic
